All Sales Are Final
All purchases from Eiger Funded are final and non-refundable. Account fees are one-time payments for a digital service — access to the simulated trading platform, market data and evaluation technology — which is delivered in full, immediately at checkout. Once your order is completed, no refund, credit or exchange is available for any reason, including breached accounts, unused accounts, change of mind or dissatisfaction with results.
Immediate Delivery & Waiver of Withdrawal
By completing checkout you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital service and acknowledge that you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period to the fullest extent permitted by the law of your jurisdiction.
Only Exception — Billing Errors
The only refundable cases are technical billing errors: duplicate charges for the same order, or a charge not followed by delivery of the purchased account. Report a billing error to support@eigerfunded.com within 7 days of the charge, with your order number; verified errors are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute is a material breach of our Terms & Conditions. It results in immediate termination of all your accounts, forfeiture of any pending payouts and a permanent ban. Disputed amounts are contested with full evidence of delivery.
