It is not a broker, a broker-dealer or a regulated financial institution, and it holds no financial services licence in any jurisdiction. It does not need one: no client money is held and no real orders are placed.
Simulated Trading Environment
Every Eiger Funded account is a Simulated Demo Trading Account, sold as a digital product. You are buying software, exactly as you would buy any other digital product. It is not a financial product, not an investment and not a brokerage service. No real capital is traded by you at any time, and no real orders are routed to any market on your behalf. Payouts are performance-based rewards on simulated results, paid under our Terms & Conditions. Eiger Funded is not a broker-dealer, does not accept deposits and does not provide investment services.
No Guarantee of Results
Past performance, including figures shown on our leaderboard, reviews or payout certificates, is illustrative, refers to simulated results and is not a reliable indicator of future performance. Most traders do not achieve profits. Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.

Third-Party Trading Platform
Simulated trading accounts issued by Eiger Funded are hosted on eTrader, a trading platform supplied by an independent third-party software provider. eTrader is a technology vendor only. It is not a party to your agreement with Eiger Funded, does not operate the Eiger Funded program, does not set, monitor or enforce Eiger Funded's trading rules, plays no part in account reviews, breach decisions, payout eligibility or payout settlement, and holds no obligation, duty or responsibility toward Eiger Funded's operations, its clients or any outcome arising from them. Platform availability, features and pricing behaviour may change at the provider's discretion.
Technology and Service Providers Generally
Eiger Funded uses independent third-party providers for its trading platform, market data, hosting, payment processing, identity verification (KYC) and analytics. Each provider supplies software or services only. No provider operates Eiger Funded, controls its rules, holds client relationships, guarantees results, or bears responsibility or liability for Eiger Funded's operations, decisions or obligations. All commercial and operational responsibility rests solely with the operator of Eiger Funded.
Simulated Environment and Data
All accounts are simulated. No real capital is traded and no orders are routed to any market on your behalf. Simulated pricing, spreads, slippage and execution may differ from live market conditions. Outages, feed errors, latency and connectivity faults can occur on any trading technology; results generated by exploiting such conditions are not honoured.
