Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and THE TRADING COMPANY LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with registered office at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 20441, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States, which operates Eiger Funded ("Eiger Funded", "we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing any product you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you accept these Terms in full. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance.
Nature of the Service
What you are buying is a digital product. Eiger Funded sells access to a Simulated Demo Trading Account and to the software around it, in the same way any other software, app or online course is sold. It is not a financial product, not an investment product and not a brokerage service. Nothing on this site is an offer of securities, of a managed account, or of any regulated financial service.
Every account is a demo account. Eiger Funded provides Simulated Demo Trading Accounts and performance-based reward programs. Eiger Funded is not a broker or investment firm, does not accept client deposits, does not execute trades on real markets on your behalf, and does not provide investment advice. Fees paid are for access to the platform, data and evaluation technology. They are not deposits or investments.
Fees & Billing
Account fees are one-time payments due at checkout, payable by bank transfer, cryptocurrency or STICPAY e-Wallet. For Pay After You Pass accounts, 13% of the account fee is due at checkout on the €10,000 size, 10% on the €25,000 size and 20% on the €50,000, €100,000 and €200,000 sizes; the remaining balance becomes due once the evaluation is passed, and the funded account is opened only once the full fee has been paid. The amount paid at checkout for a Pay After You Pass account is refunded together with the first payout released from that funded account. Prices are displayed before purchase and may change at any time for future purchases. Refunds are handled exclusively under our Refund Policy. Initiating a chargeback while an account is active is a material breach of these Terms and results in immediate termination of all accounts.
If the first step of an evaluation on any program (the 2-Step Challenge, the 1-Step Challenge or Pay After You Pass) ends because a rule was breached, you may restart that same account once, for a fee equal to half of the fee for that account size. The restart is available only once per account and only for the first step. The restarted account is subject to these Terms and to the trading rules below, and the restart fee is handled under our Refund Policy like any other account fee.
Trading Rules
The tables below are the complete rule set applied to every Simulated Demo Trading Account, generated from the same configuration that governs the accounts themselves. Breaching any rule below fails the account. There are no warnings, no partial penalties and no soft strikes.
Drawdown
Loss thresholds, measured as a % of the funded account size.
| Max daily drawdown | 3% | Largest drawdown allowed within one trading day, on closed and floating positions. |
|---|---|---|
| Max overall drawdown | 6% | Total equity drawdown, trailed from the account's peak equity. |
Risk management
Position sizing and protective-stop rules.
| Max position size | 100 lots | Largest single position, in lots. |
|---|---|---|
| Max exposure per instrument | 100 lots | Combined open lots allowed on one symbol. |
| Max lot-size variance | 3× | A trade may not exceed this multiple of the account's baseline size. |
| Mandatory stop-loss grace | 10 minutes | Minutes a position may sit with no stop-loss before it breaches. |
Holding & news
When positions may be held or opened.
| No overnight holding (cutoff) | 22:00 UTC | Positions still open past this UTC hour breach the account. |
|---|---|---|
| Server rollover window | 22:00 to 23:00 UTC | Positions may not be opened or closed while spreads and swaps are recalculated. |
| News trading window | 30 minutes | Minutes around scheduled high-impact news when trading is banned. |
| No weekend holding | Enforced | Holding positions while markets are shut fails the account. |
Activity & consistency
Stops a dormant account, and stops a single day carrying the whole result.
| Inactivity limit | 5 days | Idle this many days with no trades and the account fails. |
|---|---|---|
| Max % of profit from one day | 50% | One day may not exceed this share of total profit at the time of a payout request. |
Prohibited strategies
Detected automatically from the trade history. Each one breaches the account.
| No high-frequency trading (min hold time) | 3 seconds | A closed trade held for fewer seconds than this breaches. |
|---|---|---|
| No grid trading (max concurrent per symbol) | 5 positions | More than this many positions open at once on one symbol breaches. |
| No martingale (max size-ups after a loss) | 3 | Increasing size after a loss more than this many times in a row breaches. |
| No hedging (opposing positions, one symbol) | Enforced | Holding opposing buy and sell positions on the same symbol breaches. |
Account & Payout Terms
Account & payout terms
The commercial terms of the account, as configured in our systems.
| Evaluation / challenge | Every program | All three programs are evaluated before the account is funded, see Challenge programs below. |
|---|---|---|
| Reward | 80% | Your share of the profit generated on the simulated account. Set at purchase and fixed for the life of the account. |
| Profit target to request a payout | 10% | Every payout request needs profit of at least 10% of the account size, measured from activation for the first payout and from the last payout after that. |
| Payout cycle | 14 days, then 18 | The first payout may be requested 14 days after activation. Each payout after that opens 18 days from the previous one. |
| Minimum trading days | 5 | Distinct days on which at least one position was opened, required before a payout. |
| Minimum trades | 5 | Total closed trades required before a payout. |
| KYC | Required before first payout | Identity verification must be completed before the first payout is released. |
| Leverage | 1:100 | Applied to all simulated accounts. |
| Platform | eTrader | A trading platform supplied by an independent third-party software provider. |
Challenge programs
All three programs are evaluated first: every rule on this page applies during the evaluation too, except the drawdown limits, which are wider while you evaluate. Passing opens a funded account governed by exactly the rules and terms above.
| Evaluation steps | 2 or 1 | The 2-Step Challenge has two steps. The 1-Step Challenge and Pay After You Pass have one. |
|---|---|---|
| Profit target per step | 5% | Every program needs 5% of the account size in each step: two steps on the 2-Step Challenge, one on the 1-Step Challenge and Pay After You Pass. |
| Max daily drawdown (evaluation) | 5% | The daily loss limit that applies while you evaluate, the same on all three programs. Funded accounts use the 3% limit above. |
| Max overall drawdown (evaluation) | 12% | The overall drawdown limit that applies while you evaluate, the same on all three programs. Funded accounts use the 6% limit above. |
| Minimum activity per step | 5 days, 5 trades | Trading days and closed trades required in a step before it can be passed. |
| Time limit | None | No deadline on any step. The 5-day inactivity rule still applies. |
| Pay After You Pass fee | From 10% at checkout | 13% of the fee is due at checkout on the 10K size, 10% on the 25K, 20% on 50K and up. The rest is due after you pass, and your funded account opens once it is paid. The amount paid at checkout is refunded with your first reward. |
| Program fees | From €60, or from 10% down | One-time, per account size. 2-Step Challenge: €60 to €840. 1-Step Challenge: €98 to €1,370. Pay After You Pass: the 1-Step Challenge fee, with 13% due at checkout on the 10K size, 10% on the 25K and 20% on 50K and up. |
| First-step restart | Once, at half the fee | If the first step of any program ends in a breach, you can restart that same account once, at half the fee for its size. |
Payout Conditions
A payout may be requested once every payout window, provided all of the following are true:
- The account is at least 10% in profit, measured from activation for the first payout and from the last payout after that.
- At least 5 trading days and 5 closed trades on the account.
- No single day accounts for more than 50% of total profit.
- All positions are closed at the time of the request.
- No open or pending rule violations on the account.
- At least 14 days since activation for the first payout, then 18 days from the previous one.
- Identity verification (KYC) completed before the first payout.
- On Pay After You Pass accounts, the rest of the fee has been paid.
- Every request is reviewed against the trade history. Profit generated through prohibited strategies is deducted from the payable amount.
We release approved payouts immediately. There is no processing queue and no batch pay day on our side. The time funds take to arrive depends on your bank or on crypto network conditions, which are outside our control, and we therefore do not publish an arrival time.
Restricted Market Windows
- No opening or closing of positions during the server rollover window (22:00 to 23:00 UTC), when spreads and swaps are recalculated
- No trading inside the 30-minute window around scheduled high-impact news releases
- Trading during periods of extreme low liquidity may be reviewed if execution is not replicable in live market conditions
Account Integrity
- One active funded account per person unless explicitly approved in writing
- IP address and device fingerprint are monitored, and the same IP or device across multiple accounts triggers a review
- Use of VPNs, proxies or emulators to mask identity or location is prohibited
- Trade correlation analysis runs on all accounts, and mirrored or inverse positions across accounts are treated as group trading
Trading Communities
While you hold an account with us, you may take part in a trading community, signal group, mentorship or trading education program only where that community is officially affiliated with Eiger Funded. Affiliated communities are the ones we have approved in writing, and support will confirm on request whether a given community is one of them. If it is not on that list, it is not affiliated with us.
Membership of, or trading based on, any community, group or service that is not affiliated with Eiger Funded is prohibited. This includes, without limitation:
- Taking trades from signals, calls or alerts issued by an unaffiliated provider, whether paid or free
- Copy trading, mirror trading or any service that replicates another trader's positions onto your account
- Group trading: coordinating entries, exits, direction or position sizing with other traders, on this or any other firm's accounts
- Allowing any third party, including a coach, mentor or account manager, to trade, manage or place orders on your account
- Sharing your account credentials, trade history or platform access with an unaffiliated community or its operators
Every account is yours alone to trade. Trade correlation, timing and account-integrity analysis is used to detect coordinated activity, and we may ask you to confirm which communities you belong to. Breaching this section is a material breach of these Terms: the account fails, any unpaid simulated profit is forfeited, and all further accounts in your name may be refused. Nothing here restricts what you do outside your relationship with us once you no longer hold an account.
General Rules
- One trader per account. Sharing or selling access is prohibited
- Only communities affiliated with Eiger Funded are permitted. Unaffiliated signal groups, copy trading and group trading are forbidden, as set out under Trading Communities
- Scalping and intraday styles are welcome within the risk limits, but positions must be closed by 22:00 UTC
- Mandatory stop management: every position needs a stop-loss within 10 minutes; reckless full-margin ("all-in") positioning may be flagged as gambling behaviour
- Inactivity for more than 5 consecutive days fails the account
Termination
We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms or the trading rules above. Breached accounts lose access to the platform and any unpaid simulated profits. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
Limitation of Liability
The services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eiger Funded is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from use of the services, platform downtime or data-feed errors. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
